Started in January of 2015, the real estate marketplace MaMaison.sn is now the number one of its kind in Senegal. The website was designed and launched by the country’s first classifieds portal Expat-Dakar.com which was founded eight years ago and is now part of Ringier Senegal.
The platform MaMaison.sn offers private and professional merchants the possibility to sell, buy and rent real estate products through a state-of-the-art online classifieds technology. The website offers a wide variety of property from offices to flats to plots of land all over Senegal.

Since its start MaMaison.sn has steadily increased its reach and objects. Coming from an already high base, the platform grew 75 per cent quarter on quarter. Today hundreds of real estate merchants use MaMaison.sn regularly. As of today, over 6’000 real estate listings are live on the site, making MaMaison.sn the largest platform covering real estate in Senegal.
