Marieke Bos-van den Berg has a broad international track record in the areas of human resources, business transformation and management consulting, which she will bring to bear at Group level.
Before joining Ringier, Marieke Bos-van den Berg was a member of the CEO Transformation Team at the Adecco Group, a leading HR services company, where she was responsible for group-wide organizational transformation and culture change. Prior to that, she was responsible for HR in Northern Europe and DACH at The Adecco Group in Zurich. Before that, she held various HR positions at AkzoNobel, the Dutch global paint and specialty chemicals company, and Kingfisher, the UK-based home improvement retailer. She began her career as a management consultant at Willis Towers Watson, formerly Towers Perrin. Marieke Bos-van den Berg holds a Master of Law (LL.M.) and a Master of Science in International Business (MSc). She is a certified professional Co-Active Coach (CCPC), a Birkman Certified Professional and a Gallup StrengthsFinder Coach.
