Robin William Lingg (33) studied languages, economics and cultural science at the University of Passau in Germany and has worked for the internationally operating pharmaceutical company Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH in Ingelheim and Mexico since 2006. He has been responsible for the Mexican and Central American markets as marketing manager for cardiology and diabetes drugs since November 2011. Robin Lingg is married and the father of one son.

As of 1 May 2013, Robin Lingg will be the Head of Business Development of Ringier AG and be responsible group-wide in this position for developing the Ringier brand.
He will report directly to Ringier CEO Marc Walder.

Claudio Cisullo (48) has been appointed as a new member of the Board of Directors of Ringier AG. Mr. Cisullo is the owner and president of the board of directors of CC Trust Group AG, a family office and consulting company with main office in Pfäffikon SZ. One of its most well-known subsidiaries was Panatronic, a service and trading company in the informatics industry.

Claudio Cisullo has already worked on various Boards of Directors. For example, he was a member of the Board of Directors of Sauber F1 Teams from 2009 until 2011 and Vice President of the Board of Directors of Marquard Media AG from 2009 until June 2012. He is currently on the Board of Directors of the Swisscom subsidiary Swisscom IT Services, Chairperson of UBS Industrialization Advisory Board and president of the Economic Advisory Board of the Laureus Foundation Switzerland.
Mr. Cisullo is the father of three daughters.
