David Meier

David Meier has been Head Mergers & Acquisitions of the Ringier Group since February 1, 2022. In this function, he reports to Group CFO Annabella Bassler. David Meier has spent the last seven years in the M&A division of the Coop Group, where he was, among other things, responsible for the entry into the Austrian and Spanish foodservice markets. Prior to that, he was with the investment bank Leonardo & Co. where he advised both the buyer and seller sides in their M&A transactions. David Meier holds a master's degree in business and economics with a specialization in finance, controlling and banking.
