Ringier Sports AG appoints Pascal Santi to the management team as Chief Operating Officer

Pascal Santi will assume the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer as of January 2025 and will be a member of the Ringier Sports AG management team alongside CEO Alexander Grimm and CCO Stephan Wullschleger. Pascal Santi will take over operational responsibility for the RED.Sport network unit at Ringier Sports, with a focus on the Swiss market, and will be responsible for the "Operations & Production" and "Social & Content" divisions.

Pascal Santi joins us from blue Entertainment AG, where he spent six years in various positions, most recently as Head of Media Sales & Sponsoring. In this position, he was responsible for all advertising marketing and sponsorship activities for blue+, as well as the development of new advertising and sponsorship offers for TV, digital and cinema, tailored to customer needs. Previously, the 45-year-old from Zurich held various marketing positions at the Swiss Football League, Amag, SRG SSR and Credit Suisse. Pascal Santi studied business communication and sports management.

Alexander Grimm, CEO of Ringier Sports and RED.SPORT Network: “With Pascal Santi, Ringier Sports has gained an expert with an excellent network in the sports, entertainment and media industry, who will primarily represent our streaming and data offering RED+ to sports federations, our partners and the advertising market. The expansion of the management team is a logical and necessary adjustment of our structures in view of the expansion of RED+ into Germany and Austria. I am very much looking forward to working with Pascal and the team.
